What I’m doing

I spent a fair bit of time learning about bread during the pandemic. The best book I found on the subject is Flour Water Salt Yeast. I have also mastered pizza during this time.

I am also interested in crypto currencies and specifically NFTs. I have created an experiment using NFTs as a means for promoting blood donation called Donor Drops. I have no idea what I am doing, but I am very excited to learn.
